COVID VACCINES RESERVATIONS (updated 3/1/2023)


Due to supply issues,  as of March 1, 2023  only  the following COVID vaccines are available. 

- Pfizer Bivalent boosters for ages 12 years and up  Monday thru Friday from 9 AM  to 4 PM  for walk- in vaccination  no appointment is needed.

-  Moderna Bivalent Booster for age 6 months thru age 5 years  is offered Monday- Friday and requires an appointment reservation on the following site:

  - Moderna Bivalent Booster for ages 6 years and up are available on a limited basis, Please call our office at 732-356-0266 to schedule this vaccine.

Who is eligible to receive a single Bivalent Booster dose:

  • Individuals 6 months of age and older are eligible for a single booster dose of the  COVID-19 Bivalent Vaccine,  if it has been at least two months since they have completed primary vaccination or have received the most recent booster dose.
  • It is suggested that if you recently had a COVID infection, to wait 2 months before receiving your booster
  • You may receive either vaccine (you can mix or match)
